Real Estate
- To renew your Real Estate License in the state of Montana, you are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education every year.
- Four of the hours must cover Mandatory Topics such as agency, finance, fair housing, etc. The remaining 8 hours can be Mandatory Topics or Elective Topics.
- A maximum of 6 hours may be carried over to the next year as Elective hours.
- Real Estate license expires December 31 biennially on odd numbered years. Continuing Education must be completed before license expires.
